Refund policy

The 7-day guarantee

Watch the first lessons and join the kickoff live session. If the course is not for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your kickoff session (the window is counted from the kickoff, not from the payment day). No questions asked.

How to claim

Email a.albadry13@gmail.com from the address you paid with, with the subject "Refund". You get a reply within 2 business days.

How you are paid back

The full amount goes back to your original payment method within 14 days of your request.

Installments

If you pay in 2 installments and claim inside the window, installment 1 is refunded and installment 2 is cancelled.

After the window

After the 7 days there is no refund, except where the law where you live gives you one, or if we cannot deliver the course.

Waitlist

The waitlist takes no money, so there is nothing to refund.
